REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT SERVICES)

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIMPADU) PHASE II OF (PNPM) MANDIRI
Expressions of Interest
The Government of Indonesia through National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) toward the cost of PNPM Support Facility, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service to establish the Integrated Management Information System for PNPM Mandiri (SIMPADU) Phase II. The duration of contract will be approximately in 8 months with 1 (one) year possible extension.
The Procurement Committee of Bappenas is now inviting skilled, highly committed and dedicated Indonesian professionals to be part of the project for the position:
1. Team Leader (1 person)
• Min. Bachelor degree in a discipline relevant to Information Technology
• Min. 6 years experience in the design of information systems and database development
• Experience in product development, project management
2. Software Developer for Web Based Application (2 persons)
• Min. 3 years experience in web-based application development
• Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop
• Working knowledge and experience of MS Access, XML/XSL and MySql
• Experienced in PHP and Java Server Pages (JSP) programming
3. Software Developer for Desktop Application (1 person)
• Min. 3 years experience in web-based application development
• Strong Knowledge and understanding VB 6.0 and Visual Studio 6/.Net.
• Moderate knowledge and experience with MySQL DB management
• Have knowledge in PHP programming will be an advantage
4. Data Verification (2 persons)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Moderate knowledge and experience with MySQL, Access, and multidimensional databases management.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers (published in January 2011).
